Information on the collection and processing of personal data.

At ALL IN BIKING (hereinafter ALL IN BIKING), we respect your privacy by only using non-sensitive information, like device or storage identifiers, to determine the origin of visits our app receives, to evaluate our users’ preferences and the use of the app, to offer customised content, and to categorise the adverts shown.

ALL IN BIKING collects your personal data. Personal data can be used to identify a person or to get in touch with them. This data is necessary to offer the requested products and services, including data collected from information that identifies you both directly and indirectly, if you or other members choose to share it with ALL IN BIKING.

We receive information in different ways. For example, when you track, upload or complete activities using the Services, as well as information about how you use the Services or when you share information about yourself, your friends, and your activities with ALL IN BIKING. For example:

  • Whenever you create a PROFILE, use the app, download a software update, different data is collected, such as name, postal address, telephone number, email address or geolocation data, date of birth, gender, weight, surname, and password, which helps us to provide and secure access to our Services.
  • Activity and usage information is also collected whenever you choose to upload an image, an activity (including date, time, and geolocation information, as well as your speed and pace, and perceived exertion), join a challenge, add your use of the equipment, view other people’s activities, or otherwise use the Services.
  • When you share content with family and friends or invite others to participate in services or forums, we may collect information provided about those people, such as their name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. This information will be used to complete your services, to show you the relevant product or service or to combat fraud.

Purpose of personal data processing

ALL IN BIKING may use the personal data gathered to:

Keep you informed on the latest products, available software updates, and upcoming events.

The personal data may be used to help develop, improve, manage, and provide products, services, content and advertising, and to prevent theft, loss, and fraud.

The personal data may also be used to verify identity, assist in identifying users and in deciding on the best services to be used.

The personal data may be used for internal purposes, including audits, data analysis and surveys, to improve products, services, and communication with USERS.

Localization services

To provide location-based services ALL IN BIKING may collect, use, and share precise location data, including real-time geographic location of your computer or device. Unless you give us your consent, this location data is collected anonymously so that it cannot be used to identify you personally and is used to provide and improve location-based products and services.

Although the app requires you to accept “always on” geolocation, we do not actually track the location of your device while you are not using ALL IN BIKING but, to avoid app outages as a result of your device being turned off or disconnected we need it to remain “always on”, which also enables us to provide basic services, and to track the location of your device while you are using ALL IN BIKING. If you wish to stop tracking your device’s location, you can do so at any time by adjusting your device’s settings.

Content shared by you and user responsibility

We gather information from photos, posts, comments, likes, ratings, reviews, and any other content you share using the Services, including when you participate in partner events or create segments or routes, as well as any information you provide to the app when proving ownership of your bike.

Likewise, when the user provides us with their data through electronic channels, the user guarantees that they are over 14 years of age and that the data provided to ALL IN BIKING, S.L., are true, accurate, complete, and up to date. To this effect, the user confirms that they are responsible for the accuracy of the data given and that they will keep this information suitably updated so that it corresponds to their real situation, taking responsibility for any false or inaccurate data that they may provide, as well as for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise.

Third party disclosure

ALL IN BIKING may occasionally provide certain personal data to strategic partners who work with us to offer products and services, or who assist us in our marketing activities.

 

Service providers

ALL IN BIKING will share personal data with companies that are involved in, among other activities, providing data processing services, processing interactions between users, presenting its products, improving USER data, providing user services, evaluating user interest in products and services, and conducting research on users or their level of satisfaction.

Retention and integrity of personal data

Personal data Will be stored for the time period necessary for providing the service, or until the interested party withdraws their consent. Afterwards, the data will be deleted in line with the data protection regulations, meaning it will be blocked. It will be available only at the request of Judges and Courts, the Ombudsman, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations during the period of limitation of the actions that may arise and, after this, it will be completely deleted.

As for the personal data we store, ALL IN BIKING offers you access to it for any purpose, including requests to correct any information in the case that incorrect information was supplied, or to delete any information in the case that we are not required by law to hold it or for legitimate business reasons. We reserve the right to not process requests that are inappropriate or vexatious, that put the privacy of third parties at risk, that are unfeasible, or for which local legislation does not require the right to access.  

We inform you that the data you give us is needed to offer you the service requested and to keep sending you advertising messages. The data is also used on social networks that we have listed at the bottom. The data is stored whilst the relationship is ongoing or for the years needed to comply with legal obligations. You may choose to add your contact information by connecting your contacts from your mobile device or social media accounts with ALL IN BIKING. If you choose to share your contacts with ALL IN BIKING, ALL IN BIKING will access and store, according to your instructions, your contact information for the purpose of identifying connections and helping you connect with them.

 

Third party services and web pages

The apps may contain links to web pages, products, and third party services. They may also use or offer third party products or services. The collection of data by third parties such as geolocation or contact data, will be guided by their respective privacy policies. We recommend reading the privacy policies of these third parties.

 

Connected devices and apps

ALL IN BIKING collects information from the devices and apps that you connect to ALL IN BIKING. For example, you can connect your watch and the information on your devices and apps will be transmitted to ALL IN BIKING.

 

Health related information

ALL IN BIKING may collect or infer health information. Certain health information may be inferred from sources such as heart rate or other measurements such as strength, pace, weight, or other indicators. Before you can upload health information to ALL IN BIKING, you must give your explicit consent to ALL IN BIKING’s processing of such health information. You may withdraw your consent for ALL IN BIKING to process your health information at any time.

 

Payment information

Every time you carry out a payment in ALL IN BIKING, you may provide payment information such as your card details or any other payment details. We use third party payment services that comply with industry requirements for credit cards, and we do not store your credit card information. 

 

Technical information and log files

We collect information from your browser, computer, or mobile device, that provides us with technical information when you access or use the Services. This technical information includes data on the device and network, “cookies”, log files and information on analytics. The Services use log files. The information stored in these files includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp and user clicks. This information is used to analyse trends, administer, protect, and ensure the Services, to track member movements in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate usage. IP addresses may be linked to session IDs, athlete IDs and device identifiers.

We may gather information from you through third parties, such as gathering your comments on surveys.

We may also obtain information on you through other members. For example, when they like or comment on your activities.

Who do we share your data with?

ALL IN BIKING uses information we collect and receive as described below.

We use the information we collect and receive to provide the Services, including allowing you to:

  • Record your activities and analyse your performance. For example, to compare your past efforts, analyse your training and (with your consent) use your heart rate information to provide interesting and useful performance analysis.
  • Interact with other athletes. For example, to compete, to participate in clubs, challenges, or events, to follow other athletes and to use features that help athletes interact between themselves, such as in group activities or schedules.
  • Manage your training. For example, to establish your goals and to use your training dashboard.
  • Explore new places to go. For example, to discover new routes or areas where you can go on your bike.
  • Visualise your activity in different ways. For example, creating personal activity maps or using your training record. In accordance with your privacy controls, your information, which includes parts of your profile, username, photos, members you follow and who follow you, clubs you belong to, your activities, the devices you use and likes and comments you give and receive will be shared on ALL IN BIKING to enable you to participate in the Services. This includes features such as displaying your position on a leader board. Certain information (e.g., your name and certain profile information) is also available on the website to non-members. Precise information about your location, such as where you ride your bike, may also be shared on ALL IN BIKING with non-members, subject to your privacy controls.

Customising your experience

We use the information we gather on you, your followers, and your activities with the purpose of customising your experience. For example, we may suggest routes, challenges, areas, or clubs that may interest you, athletes you may want to follow or new features you may want to try. If we know you like to go out and cycle, we may inform you of new activities or show you sponsored content related to this sport. If we see that you cycle in a particular area, we may suggest routes in that area.

Protecting you and the Services

We use the information we collect to protect members, to enforce the Terms of Service and Community Standards, and to promote safety. For example, we find and remove content that violates our terms, such as hate speech or spam, and suspend or terminate accounts that share such content.

Improving our Services

We also use the information we collect to analyse, develop, and improve the Services. For this, ALL IN BIKING may use external analytics providers to obtain information on how our Services are used and to help us better them.

Communicating with you

We use the information we gather to offer help at your request or in response to your comments.

We may also use information we collect to sell and promote the Services, activities, and events on ALL IN BIKING and other products or business services. This includes marketing and ‘push’ communications, where you have not opted out of receiving such messages and notifications.

For example, other ALL IN BIKING members and non-members may be able to access your photos and routes or view them on publicly accessible ALL IN BIKING pages or in search engine results. We provide a variety of tools so that you may control how you share your information, and we encourage our members to adjust their controls to match their desired experience.

Sharing information and activities

As a social network, we share your information with other ALL IN BIKING members and the public according to your privacy controls. You can change the visibility of the activities you upload to ALL IN BIKING. In addition, you can tell us important locations, such as your home or work address, by enabling a Privacy Zone in your settings. We will make private any part of your activity that begins or ends in your Privacy Zone. You can choose to invite your contacts to see your location and activities. You can also share your activities with your contacts via text message, email or on social networking applications such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. If you link your ALL IN BIKING account to other social networks and share your activities, they will be visible on those third party platforms, including your location information. You should exercise caution when sharing information through third parties and should always carefully review the privacy practices of such third parties.
